Within the past two months, a number of things have caught our eye in the news.

First, we had two police officers, that were shot and killed by a mentally deranged individual, in the capitol building, in our nation's capitol.

Then there is the case of the 11 year old girl, that was pregnant by her brother, whose parents had to go to court, to get permission to get her an abortion. The girl, was nearly 8 months pregnant. The courts granted permission to have it done. This is the first abortion that I know of, that has been this far in to a pregnancy. I see ominous signs ahead, and will address that concern in this issue.

Another thing that I feel the need to address, is the growing phenomenon of what I, and others call 'mega churches', and their good and not so good attributes.

The president finally confesses to inappropriate involvement with a young lady.
