KIDS AND GUNS, A SIGN OF THE TIMES!!
Last month, an all too familiar thing happened in a school. It was not a graduation. It was not a sports event. It was not anything that schools are accustomed to having in them. What it was, is something that is tearing communities, all over this nation, apart. A young man, dressed in military camouflage clothing, walked in to his school's cafeteria, while it was occupied with students, and other personnel, and opened fire with a gun, killing two, and injuring many others. When police, went to his home to contact the parents, they found that the parents, had been murdered as well.
The young man, whose name I will not mention, is only one of a growing number of young people, in the past year, that seem to have lost all sense of right and wrong, and dealt with it, by taking it out on others.
The reason for this young man's senseless act, was a young lady's rejection of him. Some month's prior to this, two young men, both of which were in the 11-14 year old category, massacred a bunch of kids in a school yard, after the younger kid, went in to the school, and pulled the fire alarm, causing the school to evacuate. As people filed out of one door, the other teen, opened fire on them, killing a teacher, and several other kids. His reason, the rejection of a girl.
Several other instances, were over, failing grades by teachers, and the teacher was killed. Suspension from school, and a principal was killed. All of these things, perpetrated, not by grownups, but by kids.
What in the world, is going on????
What is going on, is, as they say in some communities, 'the chickens are coming home, to roost.' I like to say, 'we are reaping, what we have been sowing.' That's right, we have been doing things, and allowing things to get in a position, that have now, bared themselves to be just what they are, and that is the devil's handiwork. [Jo 10:10] The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy:
For decades, people, especially some preachers, have been telling society, that things were not right, concerning the things that seem to interest us.
We were warned about taking prayer out of the schools. But, we were concerned about the constitution, and the 'separation of Church and state' [quote, unquote] We were warned about sex education in the schools, but, we were concerned about educating our kids, to, supposedly stem the tide of teens getting pregnant. We were warned about the programs on the idiot box (TV), but we called it 'just entertainment.' We were warned about the music, that is drawing in all sorts of people, that capture the minds of our youth. But, once again, it was just, 'entertainment.' We were warned about warned about politicians, sociologists, psychiatrists, and psychologist, school administrators, judges and others that have a hand in leading us, in to the future, that these things would begin to manifest themselves some time soon, and what was our response??? Baloney!!!! It's just the ravings of some moralistic lunatics, that don't like to see anybody enjoy life. Oh yes, and among them, were plenty of preachers. That's right, people, who are supposed to stand up for what is right, in God's sight, standing for their own views of what is right. [2Co 11:13-15] For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
These young people, have picked up the messages that tell them, that there are no absolutes. No value systems, that can't be changed. If it feels good do it. Don't trust anybody, because they all are guilty of something. You are big enough to make your own decisions. If someone tries to stop you from achieving what you want to do, eliminate them. Be all that you can be. If you don't like a law, get someone to change it
All of these, are things that people [grown ups] readily accept, when they like doing certain things, and they don't want to hear anything, that smells like control of their lives and behavior. Yet, they tend to forget, that kids, will pick up on these same things, and mimic those that they are close to.
Well, one of the ways of dealing with getting things the way we want them, is through violence. You see, if doing things the 'right way' takes too long, and may not get us what we want, then we have to take matters in to our own hands. So, why is it, that we get shocked, when kids, do the same thing??
For what ever reason, kids are, in ever increasing numbers, turning to guns, to either get what they want, or eliminate those that stand in their way of getting it. And where are they getting these ideas??
From a society, that rejects 'right', if it goes against what they want to do.
You see, when you reject God, you are rejecting right, and opening up yourselves to the ways of the devil [the thief].
The bible says, [Pr 14:12, 16:25] There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.
By rejecting the counsel of God, you are relying on your own faulty instinct, and reasoning., or the reasoning of others, who may have all sorts of experience and degrees, but without God, they don't amount to a hill of beans.
The bible says, [1Co 3:19] For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.
There are other scriptures I could give you, that show what the end is, of those that reject God's counsel. Even the apostle Paul, who was as educated as they come, rejected all of that wisdom,
so that he could become rich, in the wisdom and knowledge of God.
This, my friends, is how we got to the place where we are today. The term 'separation of Church and state' really means, 'separation of God and state.'
That's right, what we are really supporting, is rejection of any thing, that smells like something that God might be behind.
Someone might say, 'what about all the good things that people do?? Surely, there are a lot of people doing good, and what does God have to say about that?? Just because they don't believe in Him, like you do, is no reason for you to be trying to make them believe in your God. That's why we have this separation of Church and state."
Well, God says, [Ro 2:14-15] For when the Gentiles, which have not the law [God], do by nature the things contained in the law [Word of God], these, having not the law [God], are a law [gods] unto themselves: Which shew the work of the law [their law] written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;)
Our society, is steeped in this mentality, and because of it, we are suffering, and it is filtering down to our kids. When they see us falling apart over simple things, what does that tell them??? It tells them, that the only way to handle problems in this life, is through violence or suicide.
We need to get back to God. We need to tell the 'new gods', the politicians, the judges, and whoever else, tries to say, that we have no right to force our beliefs down their throats, that they are free to leave this country, and go someplace where they feel comfortable, rather than compromising our well being, and our kids', for them. This may sound harsh, but, what is going to happen to us, if we don't, is a whole lot worse.
How much are your kids worth to you??? Do you want to sacrifice them, just so someone, who does not want to serve God, can feel comfortable??? You are a fool, if you say 'yes.'

Kids and guns. Kids and drugs. Kids and sex. Nothing but a sign of the times. Time we have been sowing the seeds of for the past twenty or more years. That's right. Us, with our 'new morality', 'if it feels good, do it', 'politically correct', liberal way of thinking. Poisoning the minds of our kids, and turning what is supposed to be God's blessing to us (Ps 127:3) Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward, in to a curse.
Because of the action of our children, not most, but the few that we hear about on the news, many people are opting not to have them, or trying to get rid of them when they are born, if they haven't had them aborted.
It's a sad state of affairs. But there is still hope. And that is in Jesus Christ. The sooner we turn back to Him, the sooner we can begin to see a change for the better.

did not choose the fear of the Lord:

they despised all my reproof.
Pr 1:31 Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of

shall slay them, and the prosperity of
fools shall destroy them.
Pr 1:33 But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall
dwell safely, and shall be quiet from
fear of evil.

The above chapter of Proverbs, sets the stage for the way we need to build our character and lives upon.
It was written by the wisest man that God allowed to be born of man.
Its words, are for the godly. They tell us what we should be doing, and what priorities we should place on God's laws and statutes.
Wisdom, does not come from a good education or degree. It comes from God.
Practically all of our problems in this society, come from the high esteem we place on people that are educated. We tend to think that they know what is best. Sometimes, we think we know it all.
Someone once said, 'a person that represents himself in court, has a fool for a client. Well, the person who thinks they know more about themselves, or mankind in general than God does, is a fool. And there are plenty of them out there.
